Why we are able to process your information and who provided the information

Most of the personal information we process is provided to us directly by you or your organisation for one of the following reasons:

  • You have made an enquiry

  • You have completed a feedback form

  • You have provided a service and or product

  • You have purchased a service and or product

  • You have applied for a job

  • You are representing your organisation

  • You are a learner on our cloud-based Learning Management System, Matobo Learning - in which case, we are acting as a Processor on behalf of your organisation, who are the Controllers of any of your personal information that they have given to us in order to facilitate your learning.

 

We also receive personal information indirectly, such as an employee of ours gives your contact details as an emergency contact or a referee.

 

We will process your information under one of the following legal bases:

  • Contract – in order to perform/deliver the conditions of the agreement

  • Legitimate Interest – in order to keep you informed of changes in products/services

  • Consent – keep you up to date with new events etc
